The Center for Housing Leadership at Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia, Inc. (HOME) presents the Virginia Housing Statistics Snapshot, a data source focusing on the housing market in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Snapshot, which includes statistics related to housing from leading sources, organizes data-rich information on affordable housing, fair housing, and fair lending.
The Trust in Lending Act was signed into law on June 8 which becomes effective July 1. It was created so that mortgage brokers must make reasonable efforts to secure a mortgage loan that is in the best interests of the applicant.
