HOME provides both classes and individual counseling sessions including:

• Reverse Mortgage (HECM) counseling
• "Superior Tenant" workshops
• Money management and credit recovery classes
• Education and information on how to avoid abusive (predatory) loans
• Pre-discharge bankruptcy education

HOME is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and is approved by the U.S. Dept. of Justice for pre-discharge bankruptcy.
