Superior Tenant Workshop:  
HOME offers our Superior Tenant education program through various partnerships in the community. This class teaches renters and home seekers the ins and outs of renting, including landlord responsibilities and tenant rights and responsibilities. Homeownership/Pre-purchase Classes:
These classes are held monthly and open to you after acceptance into our Pre-purchase program.  Please apply here to receive a copy of the homeownership package you need to get started on the path to homeownership. Or call our office at (804) 354-0641 and we can mail one to you.

HOME also offers classes to housing industry professionals.  HOME is certified by both the VA Real Estate Board and the VA Fair Housing Board to provide several Fair Housing Classes.  HOME offers the following classes periodically throughout the year as well as can be reserved for your company or group: Fair Housing For Rental Managers, Reasonable Accomodations and Modifications,  Hot Topics: Real Estate Sales and Lending Issues.  These are fee-based classes.
