City of Richmond - Neighborhood Stabilization Program - HOMES FOR SALECity of Richmond - Neighborhood Stabilization Program - HOMES FOR SALE
The City of Richmond has been allocated $2 million in Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds from the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) to address foreclosed and abandoned properties in three neighborhoods: Highland Park, Southern Barton Heights, and Church Hill.  Marketing and sale of properties will be provided to income qualified households for home ownership at a price consistent with program guidelines.  Down payment and closing cost incentives will be available to qualified households seeking home ownership.
