The Center for Housing Advocacy works with housing consumers, housing providers and government agencies to protect the housing choices of all people from external barriers and limitations such as housing discrimination. Services include:

• Assistance to victims of housing discrimination
• Landlord/tenant counseling
• Investigation and litigation in cases of systemic discrimination
• Prevention of unfair eviction
• Education, training and technical assistance for the housing industry
• Planning assistance to help local governments improve the housing options for their residents
