The Center for Housing Education helps individuals and families take advantage of new housing opportunities by helping them gain the knowledge and financial skills they need to become successful homeowners and tenants. HOME provides both classes and individual counseling sessions including:

• Pre-purchase counseling
• Homeownership classes
• "Superior Tenant" workshops
• Money management and credit recovery classes
• Mortgage default counseling
• Help with predatory loans
• Education and information on how to avoid abusive (predatory) loans
