There are several parking lots that charge a fee.  One is at 7th & Franklin Streets and the other is at 7th and Grace Streets.  There is also metered street parking in front of our building. There are two handicap spaces on the left of Franklin St. just past 7th Street.

From the East:
Take I-64 W toward Richmond.  Take Exit#190 – Petersburg/5^th Street/Downtown/Coliseum – go 0.3 miles.  Bear right on North 5^th Street – go 0.6 miles.  Turn left on East Franklin Street – go 0.1 miles and arrive at 700 E. Franklin Street on the left.  Our entrance is on the left in the middle of the block between 7^th and 8^th Streets – The 700 Centre.

From the West:
Take I-64 E toward Richmond.  Continue on I-95 South - go 3.1 miles.  Take exit #75 - Williamsburg/Norfolk onto North 3rd Street toward 3^rd St/Coliseum/Downtown - go 0.8 miles.  Turn Left on East Franklin Street - go 0.3 miles and arrive at 700 E. Franklin Street. Our entrance is on the left in the middle of the block between 7^th and 8^th Streets – The 700 Centre.

From the South
Take I-95 N toward Richmond.  Take exit #74A – Downtown Expressway onto I-195 North (Toll applies) - go 0.4 miles.  Take the Canal Street exit onto East Canal Street (Portions toll) - go 0.4 miles.  Turn Right on South 7th Street - go 0.2 miles.  Turn Right on East Franklin Street - go < 0.1 miles and arrive at 700 E. Franklin Street on the left.  Our entrance is on the left in the middle of the block between 7^th and 8^th Streets – The 700 Centre.

From the North:
